Our client, a leading customer communications company, is looking for a Print Mail Centre Operator to join their team.
This is a “hand’s on” position which requires a good level of computer literacy relating to the use of Excel, Word, and various other applications. The operator is responsible for their overall performance against set objectives and rates of efficiency.
Main Duties:
- Print composed documents enclose in line with business rules for the document type
- Quality check to ensure address fields meet the Royal Mail criteria
- Quality check documents for accuracy of key fields within the document
- Update daily MI at letter type level pack documents ensuring reconciliation is accurate
- Enclosing printed letters in line with agreed business rules in readiness for despatch
- Prepare manifest for mail handover to UK Mail / Royal Mail
Skills:
Must be PC literate and have experience with MS Outlook and Excel
Training will be provided for all the above listed tasks.
Working hours: 38.75 Monday-Friday 7:15am to 15:30pm, with a 30-minute break. This is an ongoing temporary role.
