A leading global asset management firm is looking for an Operations Analyst to join its Alternatives Execution & Closing team. This is a highly dynamic and varied role supporting complex transactions across multiple asset classes within alternative investments. You will work closely with global deal teams and a wide network of stakeholders to ensure the successful execution, booking, and closing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the booking, execution, and settlement of complex, time-sensitive transactions
  • Partner with deal teams and internal stakeholders across Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology
  • Manage end-to-end transaction workflows across a variety of asset classes including private investments, loans, and structured products
  • Monitor and manage operational risk across supported activities
  • Assist with the launch of new funds and investment structures
  • Identify process gaps and propose operational improvements
  • Drive efficiency and infrastructure enhancements within the team
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to manage priorities and resolve issues

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in operations, trade support, or transaction management within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial products such as loans, equities, bonds, or derivatives (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows under pressure
