As a result of a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to support the Asset, Wealth and Pensions team and our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop with a progression plan to become a Relationship Manager.
Main Duties:- Manage and co-ordinate the collection, collation and reporting of service and management information for the relationship management team
- Prepare Monthly Client Service Packs (KPIs)
- Build Presentations from pre-existing slides to support Relationship Managers in their discussions with Clients
- Assist with the completion and updating of Client Account Plans
- Attend client calls and meetings to take minutes and gain a deeper understanding of the client
- Undertake client research and fact finding to assist the relationship manager
- Ensure the Team Governance policy is adhered to at all times
- 1-2 years previous client facing experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- A motivated and organised team player
- Experience operating in a dynamic and often time challenged environment
Salary £30-35K
Hybrid London/Essex 3/4 days a week initially, reducing after training.
