This is a rare opportunity for a senior leader who understands how world-class service, hospitality, and workplace innovation come together to create environments where people and businesses thrive.

You may currently be leading workplace experience programmes within a corporate environment, managing premium guest services for a global organisation, or delivering exceptional service standards within a luxury hospitality or five-star hotel setting. Whatever your background, you'll share our belief that great experiences start with great people.

As Client Partner, you'll hold full responsibility for a complex, multi-country account, leading service delivery, commercial performance, transformation initiatives, and strategic client engagement. You'll partner with senior client stakeholders to shape the future workplace, driving innovation across hospitality-led services, front-of-house operations, concierge programmes, workplace experience, and integrated business support services. Leading a large, geographically dispersed team, you'll inspire a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring a consistent, premium service experience across every location.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has significant experience within workplace experience, corporate hospitality, guest services, luxury hotels, premium customer experience, or integrated workplace services
  • Understands what exceptional service looks and feels like—and knows how to scale it across multiple locations and cultures
  • Can operate confidently at executive level, influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted partnerships
  • Combines strategic thinking with operational excellence
  • Has experience leading large teams and creating high-performing, engaged cultures
  • Brings a commercial mindset, identifying opportunities for growth while delivering outstanding client outcomes
  • Is passionate about shaping the future of the workplace and creating experiences that people genuinely value
