Devonshire is recruiting for a document production team at a leading professional services firm. We’re looking for a fast, detail-driven Document Specialist to manage short-turnaround tasks (1hr or less), troubleshoot issues, and deliver top-tier client service. This is an initial 6 month FTC.
What you’ll do:
- Triage and complete short-form document tasks
- Resolve technical formatting issues
- Liaise with wider teams on larger jobs
- Keep quality and service at the forefront
What you’ll need:
- Experience in legal/professional services document work
- Strong Word/template knowledge
- Clear communicator, calm under pressure
- Available 2.5+ days/week in London office
Hours: 8:30–4:30 or 9:00–5:00 (flexible)
