Devonshire is recruiting for a document production team at a leading professional services firm. We’re looking for a fast, detail-driven Document Specialist to manage short-turnaround tasks (1hr or less), troubleshoot issues, and deliver top-tier client service. This is an initial 6 month FTC.

What you’ll do:

  • Triage and complete short-form document tasks
  • Resolve technical formatting issues
  • Liaise with wider teams on larger jobs
  • Keep quality and service at the forefront

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in legal/professional services document work
  • Strong Word/template knowledge
  • Clear communicator, calm under pressure
  • Available 2.5+ days/week in London office

Hours: 8:30–4:30 or 9:00–5:00 (flexible)
