Our client, a legal services firm, is looking for two highly-skilled Document Specialists to work onsite in a newly created team. As the Document Production Specialist, you will be working full time Monday to Friday from either 8am to 4pm or 2pm to 10pm (you will be given a shift allowance).
Duties Include:
- Creating and working on large legal documentation in prepared templates using MS Word
- Working with PowerPoint and Excel to create tables & charts
- Taking responsibility for the work in terms of the final product, e.g. consistency, accuracy and quality
- Liaising with Clients, offering professional support and excellent customer service at all times when agreeing deadlines – updating them regularly on the progress of work and negotiating different deadlines as appropriate
- Attending additional training classes as and when necessary (according to business needs) to ensure skill levels are retained
Must have:
- Previous experience as a legal document production specialist or a word expert in a professional services setting.
- The ability to perform workflow duties with confidence
- Excellent technical skills in Word & PowerPoint
This role is working 100% onsite at the law firm office in the City of London. Please only apply if you can commit to this arrangement as there is no provision to be able to work from home.
