Planning, creating and delivering both printed and digital communication, Paragon Customer Communications engages with every UK household at least once a week on behalf of some of the biggest and most influential global brands. We see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ business, embracing integrity and high standards to deliver a seamless and engaging communication experience.

As a result of a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to support the Asset, Wealth and Pensions team and our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop with a progression plan to become a Relationship Manager.

Main Duties:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the collection, collation and reporting of service and management information for the relationship management team
  • Prepare Monthly Client Service Packs (KPIs)
  • Build Presentations from pre-existing slides to support Relationship Managers in their discussions with Clients
  • Assist with the completion and updating of Client Account Plans
  • Attend client calls and meetings to take minutes and gain a deeper understanding of the client.
  • Undertake client research and fact finding to assist the relationship manager
  • Ensure the Team Governance policy is adhered to at all times.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years previous client facing experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • A motivated and organised team player.
  • Experience operating in a dynamic and often time challenged environment

Salary £30-35K

Hybrid London/Essex 3/4 days a week initially, reducing after training.
