Paragon Brand Services is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Lead Supply team, helping some of the UK's leading brands deliver impactful customer communications while driving commercial value, service excellence, and innovation.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for translating client objectives into successful campaign delivery, managing complex print and direct mail projects from brief through to execution. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service, operational excellence, and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Account Director, you'll play a key role in:

  • Managing end-to-end direct mail and print campaigns
  • Building and strengthening client relationships
  • Delivering against SLAs, KPIs, and commercial objectives
  • Identifying cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities
  • Supporting account growth and development plans
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentoring and supporting team members
