Are you passionate about technology and delivering outstanding IT support? We’re looking for an experienced EUC Engineer to join our dynamic IT team her at Paragon. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for ensuring our employees have a smooth and secure experience with their devices, applications, and desktops — whether they\’re in the office or working remotely or factory floor
As our EUC Engineer, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and improving our desktop infrastructure, helping users stay productive while making technology seamless.
What You\’ll Do
- Provide expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, Macs, dumb terminals and printers
- Configure and manage Windows 10/11 devices, software deployments,
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
- Manage and maintain tools like EPC, Intune, Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Package, test, and deploy software and updates
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Ensure endpoint security through patching, antivirus, and encryption
- Work with other IT teams to implement changes and improve user experience
- Document systems, processes, and provide user support when needed
- Possibility to travel to other sites, if and when required.
- JML – Joiner, Mover, Leaver – procedures for onboarding new employees, managing internal transitions, and offboarding departing personnel
What We\’re Looking For
- 1 + years of experience in a similar EUC/Desktop Support/IT Infrastructure role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and end-user device management
- Experience with EPC, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and Active Directory
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus
- Knowledge of VPN software SecurEnvoy, and Citrix is desirable
- Knowledge of Apple Mac devices (Configuring and setting up ) is a must.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in Networking, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Wi-Fi
- Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira or similar ITSM platforms
Salary – £30-35K plus on call allowance
Location – Bristol – on-site 5 days a week
