Paragon has an opportunity to join their highly reputable Client Partner, a leading global financial services provider as a Document Processing Specialist. The role purpose is to execute high-precision document lifecycle management and systems administration within the Inbound Mail department. This role is critical in ensuring the secure, timely, and accurate digitisation of sensitive financial documentation, maintaining the integrity of the bank's data ecosystem.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Your main duties would include:

  • Operational Excellence: Execute end-to-end processing of high-volume inbound mail, including sorting, high-speed scanning, and multi-layer encryption for bespoke system uploads
  • Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data entry and validation, ensuring all mandatory documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
  • Workflow Management: Prioritise digital mailboxes and outbound distributions based on urgency and specific client instructions to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct systematic checks of documentation to identify inconsistencies, ensuring 100% accuracy in workflow tracking and reporting
  • Inquiry Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for document-related queries, providing professional and prompt resolutions to internal stakeholders

Skills and Attributes we are looking for:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel, and the ability to rapidly master proprietary banking software
  • Analytical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to identify data discrepancies
  • Security Mindset: Strict adherence to protocols governing the handling of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and sensitive financial records
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to interact effectively within a high-pressure corporate environment
