Strategic Development Director to drive new business growth across our integrated portfolio of marketing solutions.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building C-suite relationships, creating commercial strategies, and delivering complex, multi-service solutions for some of the UK's leading brands.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new enterprise clients across the UK.

You'll own opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, collaborating with subject matter experts, bid teams and operational leaders to create compelling, tailored solutions.

This is a consultative sales role where you'll be expected to challenge thinking, identify opportunities and position Paragon as a long-term strategic partner—not simply another supplier.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing new enterprise opportunities across Paragon's full marketing services portfolio.
  • Building and executing strategic sales plans to exceed ambitious growth targets.
  • Creating meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers across major brands.
  • Leading presentations, workshops and commercial proposals.
  • Working collaboratively with bid teams and technical specialists to develop winning solutions.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to introduce innovative marketing solutions.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • A successful track record of winning large, multi-service contracts.

• Strong experience across integrated marketing services , including

  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Print Management
  • Brand Activation
  • Global Marketing Services
  • Experience selling into major retail and enterprise organisations, with an understanding of the challenges facing large, complex brands.
  • The ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, from Marketing Directors through to C-suite executives.
  • A consultative approach with the credibility to act as a trusted advisor rather than a transactional salesperson.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to contract award.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build profitable, long-term client relationships.
  • Confidence using Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator and other CRM tools to build and manage a robust pipeline.
