Are you a creative thinker who loves turning complex ideas into simple, engaging digital content?

Our client who are a large Global Insurance provided as looking for a new hire to join their in-house Creative Studio at as a Digital Copywriter and help them shape exceptional customer experiences through brilliant storytelling.

As part of their talented content team, you’ll work closely with design, SEO, marketing, and social media experts to produce compelling digital content across our website, campaigns, and email communications. You’ll report to a Content Manager and play a key role in helping customers through their journeys—at the right time, with the right message.

Your mission:

Create original, insight-led content that’s clear, engaging, and aligned with our tone of voice and brand values.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience writing high-quality copy across digital platforms
  • A strong grasp of tone of voice, especially for digital channels
  • Ability to simplify complex, financial information for customer-facing content
  • Experience collaborating across functions like UX, SEO, Compliance, and Marketing
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to meet deadlines
  • A collaborative spirit and team-first mindset
  • A quick learner with great communication skills
  • Experience in financial copywriting (preferred but not essential)

This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office in Bristol and 2 days working from home.
