An exciting opportunity has become available for a Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team at Paragon's Sheffield site. The role's purpose is to provide customer service and administrative support to our clients and the wider Client Services team. Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, answering calls and emails promptly and professionally. Accurately logging orders, updating systems, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, warehouse and couriers to ensure smooth processing of customer requests. Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all information is captured correctly and tasks are completed on time. Supporting the wider team by handling day to day administration, assisting with order tracking, resolving basic customer issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Communicate with customers using the most appropriate method of interaction including phone, email and video call.
  • Attend face to face meetings as and when required.
  • Ensure scheduled tasks are completed in full and on time.
  • Take direction from members of the Client Services Team to support customer and team objectives.
  • Prioritise workload ensuring all requests are dealt with and completed on time.
  • Provide keen attention to detail when processing orders and communicating customer requests to internal departments.
  • Work to your own initiative, applying your knowledge and understanding of the customers ways of working.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Manage customer requests and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are delivered.
  • Understand and manage customer enquiries for online ordering platforms.
  • Support the delivery and completion of customer projects.
