We’re looking for a detail‑driven and proactive Reporting & Factsheets Specialist/DTP to join a Global Asset Manager. This is a pivotal role where accuracy, organisation, and client experience come together. You will be UK based and the hours of work are 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday.
You’ll be responsible for producing high‑quality reports and factsheets across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles — working closely with clients and internal teams in London and New York.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating, editing, and maintaining reports and factsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Extracting, checking, and updating data from platforms including Bloomberg, FactSet, and internal client systems
- Managing multiple deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Owning your workload collaboratively with one other team member, including inbox and job management
- Building trusted, professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with financial data and reporting tools (Bloomberg, FactSet or similar)
- Highly organised, self‑motivated, and calm under pressure
- A natural problem‑solver who enjoys variety and responsibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset
This is largely a remote role working 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday. The successful hire will be required to be onsite in London for training.
