  • We're looking for a creative, commercially focused

Marketing Content Manager to help drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth through engaging, high-quality content.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Growth teams, you'll develop and deliver content that supports every stage of the customer journey.

From thought leadership and digital campaigns to sales collateral and event promotion, you'll play a key role in ensuring our marketing activity is impactful, consistent and results-driven.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Develop and deliver a content marketing strategy aligned to business objectives.
  • Create engaging content across websites, email campaigns, social media, blogs, case studies, presentations and rich media.
  • Manage the content and editorial calendar, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
  • Research customer, market and competitor trends to identify new content opportunities.
  • Optimise content for SEO, engagement and lead generation, using analytics to improve performance.
  • Produce marketing collateral including brochures, product sheets, infographics, sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Create video, audio and other digital content to support campaigns and customer engagement.
  • Support the planning, promotion and delivery of webinars, conferences, trade shows and customer events.
  • Develop event marketing campaigns, follow-up communications and post-event content.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Growth and subject matter experts to support commercial objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, designers and freelance content creators.
  • Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing activity complies with brand guidelines and governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through innovation, new channels and best practice.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on marketing activity, campaign performance and business impact.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience delivering successful B2B content marketing strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills across multiple formats.
  • Experience creating content throughout the buyer journey.
  • Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing channels.
  • Experience producing written, visual, video, audio, webinar or podcast content.
  • Experience supporting lead generation and growth marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve results.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Design and video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, paid media, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and managing external agencies or freelancers.
