Abbey View is proud to be one of 17 Paragon sites across the UK, specialising in the production of both outbound and inbound document services. Our Wymondham-based site boasts cutting-edge capabilities in printing, mailing, warehousing, and electronic data capture. We support a wide range of customer requirements with our outbound mail and inbound postal solutions. The site is home to key operational and support functions including Production Services, Finance, and IT, all working together to deliver high-quality service and innovation to our clients.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Change Management Team Leader to join our high-performing Production Support function. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team of Change Coordinators, overseeing workload distribution, ensuring team performance, and supporting continuous improvement. You'll be the first point of escalation, both internally and externally, and play a key role in managing standards, process documentation, and team training. Key Responsibilities
- Operations
- Set and uphold high team standards, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Maintain thorough knowledge of change processes and production workflows
- Manage SLA adherence, job scheduling, and database ownership
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and support internal software evolution
- Support wider planning and scheduling efforts when needed
- Ensure quality and performance measurement against KPIs
- Client Focus
- First point of escalation for client issues (internal and external)
- Maintain the highest standards of output quality and data accuracy
- Attend review meetings and support new client onboarding
- Keep clients and Account Managers informed on solutions, technical data, and mailing impacts
- People Leadership
- Manage and develop a team of up to 5 Coordinators
- Conduct regular 1:1s, appraisals, and training sessions
- Monitor and manage team attendance and flexibility to ensure cover at all times
- Promote a culture of accountability, development, and high performance
- Finance
- Ensure accurate and timely Management Information for audit and billing
- Support the identification of revenue opportunities through process improvements
