Our client, a global provider of business and creative support services is looking for a Business Support Manager to join their onsite team on a permanent basis. As the Business Support Manager, you’ll be leading data capture and pipeline structuring, creating insightful reports, and providing analytical support to boost decision-making and operational efficiency. Your adaptability will be key as you navigate the changing workplace, contributing significantly to the company’s success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading the setup and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring reliable and automated data management.
- Creating and delivering detailed Power BI reports and providing project-based analysis to meet business needs.
- Training and supporting Power BI users, working with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Using AI and machine learning to improve data processes, extract insights, and drive innovation.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in designing and developing Power BI solutions.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power Automate.
- Strong financial skills, including P&L analysis and budgeting.
