This isn’t just admin. This is about ownership. As the first point of contact for day-to-day queries and requests, you’ll make sure everything is logged, tracked, and resolved with pace and precision – keeping both our customers and internal teams connected every step of the way.
Working closely with our Account Director, UK On-site Manager, and Business Partner Manager, you’ll help ensure our customers get the very best from Paragon – whether that’s through strong communication, streamlined processes, or proactive problem-solving.
We’re looking for someone who’s organised, detail-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you can juggle priorities, build strong relationships, and spot solutions before issues become problems!
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer account activity, ensuring smooth, timely resolutions.
- Liaising across business units to keep processes moving and customers informed.
- Supporting with reporting, proposals, and financial processes (including invoice queries).
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Escalating high-priority issues where needed – and taking ownership until they’re resolved.
What you’ll bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and a genuine drive to deliver.
- Experience working in a Print environment would be a distinct advantage.
At Paragon Works, you’ll be part of a culture that values integrity, collaboration, and customer focus. If you’re looking for a role where your organisational skills and proactive approach really make a difference – this is it.
This role will be hybrid – 3-4 days per week in our London office (Finsbury Circus).
