As Bid Manager, you'll lead the creation of high-impact, compliant, and competitive proposals – working across sales, legal, technical, and finance teams to deliver responses that win. You’ll also play a key role in evolving our bid processes and content library, making us faster, smarter, and more effective in every opportunity we pursue.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and deliver high-quality tender responses (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) aligned with client requirements and internal governance.
- Analyse tender documents to identify deadlines, evaluation criteria, and win themes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and commercial teams to gather input and craft compelling narratives.
- Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Maintain and enhance our bid content library for future efficiencies.
- Support presentations, post-submission clarifications, and feedback reviews.
- Drive improvements in our bidding strategy, content, and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- A proactive and detail-focused professional with proven experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales support (ideally in print, marketing, or managed services).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and project coordination abilities.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, and procurement tools.
- APMP certification (a plus, not essential).
- A “can-do” attitude and a hunger to grow.
