As a Senior Account Manager , you’ll be at the heart of that mission—driving client success, fostering lasting relationships, and leading the delivery of high-quality CRM campaigns and digital experiences. You’ll take ownership of client relationships and project delivery, making sure everything runs smoothly—from tactical campaign implementation (email/SMS) to strategic CRM planning. Lead fully integrated digital and CRM campaigns (email, SMS, data-driven projects) Manage reporting, database change requests, and key deliverables Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality control, using best practices to guide your team Lead regular status calls, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions Understand your clients’ businesses inside out to identify new growth opportunities Champion innovation, quality, and value in everything we deliver Partner with internal delivery, data, and tech teams to bring ideas to life Capture and communicate project requirements, risks, and timelines clearly Help shape strategic account plans and coach junior team members Manage account financials, forecasts, and fee structures You’re an experienced, confident account handler who’s equally at home in front of clients and leading internal teams. You understand CRM inside out and are excited to bring innovative ideas to the table. Proven experience in an agency environment as a Senior Account Manager Strong background in CRM and campaign delivery Knowledge of key ESPs (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Acoustic, Dotdigital) Familiar with analytics tools (Apteco, Tableau preferred) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage complex projects calmly and methodically All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.
