As Account Director, you will have demonstrable expertise in the following areas:
- Client Management Guru: Possesses substantial experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, effectively addressing their unique needs, delivering results, and fostering strong client relationships.
- People First Manager: Able to lead, manage and mentor a team to develop their careers through delivering great work, being proactive and facing challenges head on.
- Data-Driven Marketing Maestro: Exhibits a deep passion for and expertise in utilising customer, campaign, and performance data to drive effective digital CRM and BTL direct marketing strategies.
- Campaign Planning and Execution Expert: Demonstrates a proven ability to plan, execute, and measure high-performing digital CRM and BTL direct marketing campaigns, including website development, ensuring measurable results and campaign optimisation.
- Database Navigation Ninja: Possesses the ability to navigate and utilise complex databases or Single Customer Views to create effective event-based triggered communications, maximising customer engagement and conversion opportunities.

What You’ll Bring
