Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical teams and clients to design and deploy tailored UC solutions incorporating cloud-hosted and/or on-premises SBC architectures.
- Lead the technical design and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert, presenting and demonstrating UC telephony solutions to customers.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft-based telephony, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and cloud-based calling solutions.
- Strong track record in UC presales, with a history of successfully supporting enterprise-grade voice solutions.
- In-depth understanding of both cloud and on-premises migration strategies for Microsoft-based communication platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- High-level documentation proficiency, ensuring clear and structured technical reports and solution outlines.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliverables effectively.
- Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs.
- Demonstrated ability to design large-scale enterprise communication solutions incorporating Microsoft Teams voice solutions, Session Border Controllers (SBCs), PSTN connectivity methods including SIP, Operator Connect and Calling Plans, Contact Center and Call Recording solutions, Call analytics and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Solid understanding of voice technologies and a broad range of UC&C platforms.
- Familiarity with contact center integrations and Microsoft Teams-certified solutions.
- Knowledge of end-to-end Teams migration strategies and methodologies.
- Relevant industry certifications and professional qualifications preferred.
