Are you an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with excellent communication skills and a proven background of planning, co-ordinating, and executing Salesforce deployments? If so, we have an exciting new role for you.

Essential

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, SonarQube, Azure Test Plans, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Salesforce.
  • Experience setting up development orgs and data seeding (OwnBackup).
  • Experience with Branching Strategy tools (e.g., Github, Bitbucket).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • SCRUM experience / certification.
