Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them hire a Salesforce Release Manager. You will be required to work 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code.
  • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, SonarQube, Azure Test Plans, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Salesforce.
  • Experience setting up development orgs and data seeding (OwnBackup).
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
  • SCRUM experience / certification.
  • Release Planning and Coordination.
