This is a great entry point into IT with real progression, working within an enterprise scale business with broad tech exposure. Please note this role requires 5 days per week onsite in Nottingham, it is initially a 9 week contract with either a chance of extension or move into a permanent position.
What You'll Do
- Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues where required
- Support hardware, software, and user issues
- Assist with device setup, builds, and deployments
Basic knowledge of:
- Windows 10 & 11
- Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365
- PC/laptop hardware & peripherals (printers, etc.)
- AV/meeting room tech
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills (spoken & written)
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Able to work with urgency and manage workload
Nice to Have
