A fast-growing international technology and consultancy business is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive qualified demand across its AI-powered software and consulting services. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll plan and optimise integrated B2B campaigns, own HubSpot and work closely with Sales, Product and RevOps to improve lead generation and commercial performance. There will be a requirement for 1 day a week on site as part of the hybrid set up and the salary is up to £65K.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integrated demand-generation campaigns
  • Own HubSpot, automation workflows and lead nurturing
  • Develop targeted and segmented marketing programmes
  • Analyse campaign and sales-funnel performance
  • Improve lead qualification and conversion with Sales and RevOps
  • Support product launches and go-to-market campaigns
  • Report performance and recommendations to stakeholders

About You

  • Five or more years’ B2B demand generation or digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on HubSpot, Marketo or similar experience
  • Strong campaign management and analytical skills
  • Understanding of lead generation, nurturing and sales funnels
  • Experience working with Sales and other commercial teams
  • B2B SaaS, pharmaceutical or life sciences experience would be advantageous
