Are you vastly experienced with Innovation & Transformation in the legal industry? if so I have an exciting opportunity for you.
I am currently partnered with a UK based Law firm who have created a new position as the Head of Innovation & Transformation.
This would be a hybrid role and can be based out of their London, Leeds or Birmingham office, the role is Hybrid and will require onsite attendance 2x days a week. The salary for this role is up to £100K however there may be wiggle.
Requirements.
– Must have strong experience and a detailed understanding of opportunities/challenges of innovation delivery in the legal sector.
– Must have strong leadership & project delivery abilities focused around business changes that are supported by AI/Tech.
– Proven experience with operations, tech implementation and process improvement in the legal field.
Responsibilities
– Reviewing and articulating how the firm can benefit from opportunities provided by new legal technologies as well as how they can be coupled with existing technology.
– Accountable for indentification and delivery of new lines of revenue generation (via implemented changes)
– Create Innovation roadmap
– Staying up to date with the latest developments & trends in technology/innovation in the Legal space.
