Seeking a Tech Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience specializing in Duck Creek Policy within the Duck Creek Suite to design implement and optimize insurance policy administration solutions

Utilize expertise in Duck Creek Policy to develop and configure policy administration solutions tailored to client requirements
Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications
Support the integration of Duck Creek Suite components to ensure seamless policy lifecycle management
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Duck Creek Policy functionalities
Stay updated with the latest Duck Creek Suite enhancements and industry trends to recommend best practices
Participate in the design and implementation of upgrades and patches for Duck Creek Policy modules
Document configurations processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions for insurance clients
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to policy administration
