If you are an experienced Apple Mac Support Engineer or Apple Mac Specialist with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of assisting customers with high level Mac & Jamf support, we’d like to discuss a contract with you. Please note this role requires onsite attendance five days per week in London and has been deemed outside IR35. Provide technical support for Apple devices and software, resolving complex issues related to macOS, hardware, networks, and peripherals. Maintain troubleshooting documentation, mentor & train staff, and ensure effective service management using incident tracking tools. Offer suggestions to enhance Apple based technology and services. Collaborate with teams to improve support delivery while staying updated on product features and security. Qualifications: * Hands-on experience with Apple hardware and macOS in a corporate setting * Proficiency with device management platforms such as JAMF and Apple Business Manager * Ability to troubleshoot systems, software, and connectivity problems * Experience with directory services and network security * Strong communication skills and leadership confidence * Apple certifications (ACSP, ACTC) preferred * Office365, Adobe, Jamf, DHCP, DNS, WiFi, Printers, routers & switches
