We are looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Taboola, with full accountability for CPA and CPL performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and Taboola
- Own and improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Build and manage UTM tracking frameworks for accurate attribution
- Set up and manage pixels, conversion events, and tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Analyse full funnel performance (ad → landing page → conversion) and reduce drop-off
- Continuously A/B test audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate on and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Allocate and manage budgets based on performance data
- Produce clear, insight-led performance reports
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid media with ownership of CPA/CPL targets
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, pixel/event optimisation)
- Google Ads
- Taboola / native platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- UTMs, attribution models, and tracking accuracy
- Conversion tracking (pixels, events, GTM)
- Landing page optimisation / CRO principles
- Proficient in:
- GA4 (Google Analytics)
- Google Tag Manager
- Reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise campaigns and scale efficiently
