Overview
If you are an experienced Endpoint Engineer with strong communication skills and a proven track record working with enterprise (1000+ users) clients, we have an exciting new role we would like to discuss with you. This role is 99% remote and will require onsite attendance once a quarter for a team meeting.
Responsibilities
- Lead Endpoint Engineer responsibilities include operating system deployment, application packaging and deployment, software updates, application lifecycle, patching, policy building, desktop automation, remote control tools and security solutions, scripting and standardisation, optimisation, and automation.
- Participate in the design and maintenance of current device management systems, including:
- Advanced InTune administration.
- SCCM administration.
- Lead administrator and maintain BeyondTrust EPM.
- Device management and automation, including Desktop OS (Windows), VDI (Windows 365 + AVD), and Mobile Device Management.
- Manage and maintain mobile device management (MDM and MAM).
- Power BI dashboard creation and maintenance.
- Administer Office 365.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools, and desktop hardware.
- Manage, maintain and develop remote control tools e.g., BeyondTrust Remote Support and TeamViewer Tensor.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure, Office 365, Azure AD Premium, AutoPilot).
- Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems.
- Group Policy design and configuration.
- Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory (AD & Azure AD Premium).
- Working knowledge of ServiceDesk ticket management systems.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting experience for provisioning and other administration tasks.
