You will be required to do the following, – Act as first point of call for IT Queries – Log and resolve incidents – Have worked within an ITIL environment – Installation and configuration of hardware & software. – Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory admin, Poly audio Visual equipment, Handheld device support etc. You will be required to work in the office everyday
