Are you vastly experienced with Innovation & Transformation in the legal industry? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you.
I am currently partnered with a UK-based law firm that has created a new position as the Head of Innovation & Transformation. This is a hybrid role based out of their London, Leeds, or Birmingham office, requiring onsite attendance 2 days a week.
The salary for this role is up to £100K; however, there may be flexibility.
Requirements
- Must have strong experience and a detailed understanding of opportunities and challenges of innovation delivery in the legal sector.
- Must have strong leadership and project delivery abilities focused on business changes supported by AI/Tech.
- Proven experience with operations, tech implementation, and process improvement in the legal field.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and articulating how the firm can benefit from opportunities provided by new legal technologies, as well as how they can be coupled with existing technology.
- Accountable for the identification and delivery of new lines of revenue generation via implemented changes.
- Create an Innovation roadmap.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments and trends in technology and innovation in the legal space.
