Are you a senior Interaction Designer with experience working within the Public Sector? If so, I have an exciting opportunity for you within the public sector. I am working with a firm who are looking to bring on a Lead Interaction Designer on a contract basis, the role would run until the end of October initially (around 7/8 months) and would be inside IR35 with a rate of between 600-700 p/d. This would be hybrid with 1 day a week on site and can work out of their London, Cardiff or Glasgow Offices.

Requirements:

  • Professional experience in interaction design at Lead level
  • Professional experience of working with Service Design, Content Design & User Research
  • Experience using the GDS Design System and the ability to prototype using the GDC prototyping kit (lead criteria)
  • Experience working in the GDS service standard and undertaking service assessment
  • Understanding of digital accessibility, relevant guidance and legislation
