Overview
The Change & Business Transformation Director will have overall accountability for designing, delivering, and embedding transformational change across the organisation. This includes leading multi-year business transformation programmes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that strategic initiatives deliver tangible value.
The role requires a seasoned leader who can balance visionary thinking with pragmatic execution, influencing senior stakeholders and inspiring teams through periods of significant change.
Responsibilities

Numerous years experience in business transformation and change leadership, ideally in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.

Proven track record delivering multi-year, global transformation programmes with significant budget responsibility.

Strong understanding of the pharma value chain, including R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and programme management frameworks (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile at scale).

Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
Preferred Skills
