If you are an experienced Business Change Manager with impeccable communication skills and have the ability to take people on a meaningful change journey, we have an exciting new contract role we would like to discuss with you. Please note this role is outside IR35 and will require two days a week onsite in London. Requirements Skilled/experienced Business Change Manager. The role involves managing business change within a Sales Function and will transform the team to be more proactive as opposed to reactive. Salesforce is being implemented to any previous Salesforce experience would be advantageous. * Proven background as a Business Change Manager working on enterprise change programmes * Proven experience of working well with people affected by business change * Experience of managing communication across senior stakeholders (internally and externally) * Combination of technical and interpersonal skills (prepare for and drive changes through communication skills/change communications, technical skills, stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management skills, empathy – recognise change impact for affected teams) * Team-player with the ability to build strong working relationships and ability to work alongside project managers and change managers, provide guidance and support
