If you are an experienced Salesforce Delivery Manager with proven capabilities of managing multiple projects with Service Integrators on Salesforce programmes, we have a new contract we’d like to discuss with you.
Please note this role is Inside IR35 and requires onsite attendance once a week.
- Formal project management qualifications Scrum, SAFe or DSDM, with extensive experience running multiple agile projects at any one time
- Hands-on experience managing and leading Suppliers and/or Service Integrators in delivery
- Experience in leading CRM projects
- Working with Product Owners and delivery team to deliver incrementally against defined roadmaps and project plans
- Knowledge of GDS standards
This is a hands-on role, not a management role. You will need to demonstrate substantial experience delivering agile projects through System Integrators and/or suppliers in Salesforce. You will also need to be skilled in supporting the business in converting their requirements into a technical SOW, ensuring they are clearly understood by the SI. With responsibility for managing the SI and providing updates on key milestones, deliverables and risks & issues. Likewise, you will also be comfortable working with and reporting to SROs and various steering groups on progress. The role reports directly into Programme Director.
Developing Change Management and Transition to Live plans with SMEs, through to actively managing our SI to ensure delivery milestones are met.
To be considered for this role you MUST be a hands-on Agile Practitioner.
