If you are looking for part-time hours to fit around your current commitments then this could be the ideal opportunity for you to join our friendly and supportive Visitor Experience Team as a Visitor Experience Team Member. You will work across both elements of the Guiding and Welcoming team, providing visitors with the information they need to ensure they experience the very best of Chatsworth. The main focus for this role will be working outdoors welcoming visitors in the car park, attraction entry points and garden.
To succeed in this role you must enjoy engaging with members of the public, and working as part of a team. You will provide excellent customer service and be comfortable working outdoors during all weathers, being adaptable to switch tasks at short notice. A current driver's license would also be a bonus, as you will occasionally be asked to drive a buggy.
This is a fixed-term contract ending at the close of season on 4th January 2026. We have the following working patterns available:
- Option 1: 3 days (12 hours per week) - Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
- Option 2: 3 days (12 hours per week) - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday
- Option 3: 4 days (16 hours per week) - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
