We're looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team, leading strategic client relationships while delivering innovative Point of Sale solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines commercial acumen with outstanding client management skills and has a strong background in 2D or 3D POS—ideally both.
What you'll be doing
You'll act as the trusted partner to your clients, taking ownership of operational delivery, commercial performance and strategic growth. Working closely with internal creative, production and supply chain teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while identifying opportunities to add value and drive innovation.
You'll be responsible for:
- Building and developing senior client relationships.
- Leading the successful delivery of retail marketing and POS programmes.
- Driving account growth, profitability and continuous improvement.
- Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Identifying new opportunities across our full portfolio of services.
What we're looking for
We're interested in commercially minded Account Directors who thrive in a fast-paced agency or retail marketing environment and enjoy solving complex client challenges. You'll bring:
- Significant Account Director or Senior Account Manager experience.
- Proven experience delivering 2D POS, 3D POS or ideally both.
- Print/Direct Mail campaign experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and account profitability.
- A collaborative approach and passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- The ability to travel to our client's Watford office two days per week.
