We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Business Partner to join our BPS Division within the Paragon Group. This role is required to support the growth objectives of the BPS division by delivering targeted marketing activity that generates sales opportunities, strengthens market positioning, and increases brand awareness.

The position will also play a critical role in the integration and rebranding of Parseq into Paragon, ensuring consistent messaging and effective go-to-market execution. We are seeking an experienced individual who can provide dedicated marketing support to drive business growth, enhance sales enablement, and deliver measurable commercial results.

Your main duties would include:

  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing programmes and campaigns including planning, development and delivery across off and online channels to generate sales pipeline opportunities focused on targeted growth propositions.
  • Establish Paragon as a leader in business process services within outsourced services through brand positioning and messaging that plays directly back to client need.
  • Produce issues led and insightful thought leadership such as whitepapers that elevate the Paragon brand whilst arming sales and client teams with content that opens client opportunities.
  • Play an integral role in rebranding the Parseq business, proposition and identity into the Paragon brand following acquisition in 2026.
