We are looking for a Print Mail Centre Operator to join Paragon’s busy operation in Normanton on a 6-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. As the Print Mail Centre Operator, you will be working in a hands-on role within a fast-paced print and mail environment. You’ll be responsible for producing, checking, and preparing customer communications for dispatch while ensuring high levels of accuracy and service are maintained at all times. This is a full-time, onsite role, working Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:15pm shift. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Printing and processing customer communications in line with business requirements
  • Quality checking documents and address data for accuracy
  • Preparing and enclosing mail packs ready for dispatch
  • Maintaining accurate daily records and management information
  • Preparing manifests for mail handover
  • Supporting internal teams and customers with print, courier, and scanning queries
  • Ensuring all work is completed within agreed service levels and quality standards
  • Following data protection, compliance, and operational procedures
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and assisting with other operational tasks as required

Required Experience & Skills

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Previous experience working to deadlines and service levels
  • Good data entry and administrative skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Well organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
