We are looking for a Client Account Manager to join Paragon's Abbey View, Wymondham site. As the Client Account Manager, you will be supporting their client, a large insurance provider, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client activity, ensuring contractual SLAs are consistently achieved while delivering a high level of service and support. You will act as the main point of contact for allocated clients, manage operational escalations, and work closely with multiple internal departments to ensure successful delivery across BAU activity and client changes. Based out of the Abbey View site, you will also manage a small team of 4, ensuring operational performance remains efficient, accurate, and client-focused.
