We are looking for a Test Analyst to join Paragon at their Wymondham, Abbey View site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across the software testing lifecycle who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring solutions are delivered to the highest quality standards. As the Test Analyst, you will play a key role in validating inbound and outbound solutions, supporting projects from requirements through to implementation. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure systems and processes are tested thoroughly and delivered defect-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, estimate and execute end-to-end testing activities across inbound and outbound applications
- Support functional, integration, operational acceptance and user acceptance testing
- Review requirements and project documentation to create test approaches, plans, scenarios and scripts
- Validate data accuracy, document classification, workflow processing and output quality across scanning, print and automation solutions
- Support the testing of intelligent automation and document processing tools, including Kofax, Integr8, Output Manager and PROD MI
- Identify, log and manage defects, carrying out root cause analysis and supporting timely resolution
- Produce test status updates, metrics and reports to keep stakeholders informed
- Ensure all testing evidence and documentation is completed, compliant and appropriately archived
- Support implementation, release and warranty activities to ensure a smooth transition into live operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across testing practices and operational delivery
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, escalating risks and issues where appropriate
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience working across the full software testing lifecycle within a production-based environment
- Understanding of inbound scanning, outbound print and mail processes, and document workflows
- Knowledge of test strategies, defect management and structured testing methodologies
- Familiarity with intelligent automation or document processing tools
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and perform under pressure

This is a full-time site-based position – You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy, as we are not able to offer visa sponsorship. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
