We are looking for a Client Account Manager to join Paragon’s Abbey View, Wymondham site. As the Client Account Manager, you will be supporting their client, a large insurance provider, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of client activity, ensuring contractual SLAs are consistently achieved while delivering a high level of service and support. You will act as the main point of contact for allocated clients, manage operational escalations, and work closely with multiple internal departments to ensure successful delivery across BAU activity and client changes. Based out of the Abbey View site, you will also manage a small team of 4, ensuring operational performance remains efficient, accurate, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all BAU client activity and operational processes
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for account-related issues and queries
  • Managing and supporting a small team
  • Monitoring daily data validations and processing activity
  • Ensuring all contractual SLAs are met and exceeded where possible
  • Managing queries raised through internal incident systems
  • Coordinating small to medium changes to existing applications and services
  • Supporting the delivery of client requirements within agreed timescales
  • Capturing and reporting all chargeable BAU activity
  • Leading Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with clients
  • Attending Quarterly Reviews alongside the Client Relationship team
  • Maintaining operational and client-specific documentation
  • Sharing best practices across the wider account management team
  • Supporting Client Account Directors and the Client Services Director as required

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience within account management, client services, operations, or a similar client-focused environment
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident working across internal teams and external clients
  • Good IT skills and experience working with operational systems and reporting tools

This role offers hybrid working on a rota basis between home and the office. Equipment will be provided to support remote working. There may also be occasional travel required for the client or business needs.
