We’re looking for a proactive and delivery-focused Marketing Operations & Fulfilment Manager to join our client’s dynamic Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations ensuring seamless execution of marketing and transactional communications across a major automotive account. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Supplier Relationships: Act as the key point of contact for Paragon, ensuring performance, service levels, budgets, and compliance are consistently met.
- Fulfilment Process Oversight: Oversee end-to-end fulfilment operations—from transactional to marketing communications—ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery.
- Optimisation & Efficiency: Support the delivery of strategic initiatives that drive simplification, reduce fulfilment costs, and enhance process efficiency.
- Drive Digital Channel Shift: Lead efforts to reduce print volumes and increase usage of digital communication channels, supporting sustainability and customer experience goals.
- Financial Performance: Monitor fulfilment spend, report on savings, and collaborate closely with Finance to track performance against budgets.
- Collaborative Campaign Delivery: Work with CRM, campaign teams, and agency partners to align fulfilment with customer journeys and strategic messaging.
- Governance & Resilience: Own monthly and quarterly business reviews with Paragon, and support resilience and contingency planning activities.
- Champion Best Practice: Share learnings, improvements, and innovative approaches across teams, acting as a centre of excellence for fulfilment.
- Cross-functional Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Compliance, Data, and IT to ensure high-quality delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in marketing operations, fulfilment management, or communications logistics.
- Knowledge of transactional and marketing communications fulfilment.
- Background in cost control, budget tracking, and efficiency delivery.
- Experience driving digital transformation and channel shift initiatives.
- Strong skills in supplier and stakeholder management—including governance processes like MBRs/QBRs.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- A track record of delivering process improvement and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with FCA-regulated environments and compliance in customer communications.
