Overview
We have an opportunity available to join Paragon\’s Sunderland site as a Digital Mailroom Agent. Working within a fast-paced digital mailroom operation, you will be responsible for opening and sorting incoming physical mail or processing digital mail to a high service level and achieve agreed SLA.
Hours: Monday to Friday – Either 6am – 3pm / 7am – 4pm
Overtime is also available.
Responsibilities
- Handling and processing incoming mail including personal and sensitive documents, financial information etc.
- Processing the digital casework and archiving data to a high standard ensuring 100% quality and accuracy
- Returning sensitive documents to customers and completing banking procedures for client
- Following correct processes to meet required client criteria
- Works quickly and with pace, highlighting anything that appears a risk or incorrect
- Meets required service level agreements and achieves set KPI\’s
- Manages own time effectively, handling multiple requirements/changes.
Skills and Attributes
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in delivery requirement
- Experience within a fast-paced environment
- Beneficial but not essential – using Different digital applications such as Kofax, Microsoft Office etc.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadline
