We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to join our team, leading strategic client relationships while delivering innovative Point of Sale solutions for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines commercial acumen with outstanding client management skills and has a strong background in 2D or 3D POS, ideally both.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the trusted partner to your clients, taking ownership of operational delivery, commercial performance and strategic growth.
  • Working closely with internal creative, production and supply chain teams to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly while identifying opportunities to add value and drive innovation.
  • Building and developing senior client relationships.
  • Leading the successful delivery of retail marketing and POS programmes.
  • Driving account growth, profitability and continuous improvement.
  • Managing budgets, forecasting and commercial performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.
