Fulfilment Operative

Job OverviewA fantasticopportunity has become available based at one of the ParagonGroupDistribution Centres. TheFulfilment operative is responsible forensuringthat all customer orders are fulfilled to a high standard within the agreed SLA, and duties are completed in accordance with GDPR, managing secure/regulated communications requiring an eye for detail and 100% accuracy.Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pmYour main duties would include:Accurately consolidate products into packs as per customer requirements defined by the job card.Decollate returned packs from customers and arrange for stock products to be returned to stock or destroyed as per customer requirements.Upon completion of Fulfilment campaigns, stock count products and arrange for stock products to be returned to stock or destroyed as per customer requirements.Liaise with Warehouse staff for delivery/collection of pallets.Organise products in the most effective way in preparation for ongoing and new Fulfilment campaigns.Maintain housekeeping to a high standard to ensure a clean safe working environment.To work as part of team to ensure work is fulfilled to a high-quality standard.Carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety GuidelinesTo identify and correct problems at the earliest opportunity within the warehouse and escalate where required.Comply with legislation, codes of practice and safe systems of work instructionsSkills and Attributes we are looking forPrevious experience within a Fulfilment / Production / Pick & Pack or similar fast-paced envrionment is desiredExcellent time management and organisational skillsComputer literateProblem solving skills with the ability to multi-task andwork under pressure to tight deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levelsDemonstrated commitment and enthusiasmHave excellentattention to detail, being thorough and analyticalPhysically able to be on your feet for long periods of timeVarious Employee Benefits includedPlease note that due to the high volume of responses we receive, only successful applicants will be contacted.We are an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage job applications from people of all backgrounds.
