Were looking for an exceptional Account Director whos ready to lead with impact, elevate our client partnerships, and push boundaries through the power of data-driven creativity.

As Account Director, you will have demonstrable expertise in the following areas:

  • Client Management Guru: Possesses substantial experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, effectively addressing their unique needs, delivering results, and fostering strong client relationships.
  • People First Manager: Able to lead, manage and mentor a team to develop their careers through delivering great work, being proactive and facing challenges head on
  • Data-Driven Marketing Maestro: Exhibits a deep passion for and expertise in utilising customer, campaign, and performance data to drive effective digital CRM and BTL direct marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution Expert: Demonstrates a proven ability to plan, execute, and measure high-performing digital CRM and BTL direct marketing campaigns, including website development, ensuring measurable results and campaign optimisation.
  • Database Navigation Ninja: Possesses the ability to navigate and utilise complex databases or Single Customer Views to create effective event-based triggered communications, maximising customer engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • A Growth Catalyst: Possesses a proven track record of supporting clients to grow through strategic initiatives and innovative approaches.

This is a hybrid role – 2 days a week in our London office, plus ad-hoc client travel twice a month


What You\’ll Bring


Essentials

  • Proven experience leading and growing accounts in a digital CRM and direct marketing environment.
  • Strong grasp of customer, campaign, and performance data and how to turn insight into action.
  • Ability to work with complex databases, creating event-based, triggered communications.
  • Confidence in client leadership, commercial negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A minimum of 35 years line management experience.


Bonus Points For


  • Hands-on with ESPs like Acoustic, SFMC, Adobe Campaign or Braze.
  • Experience in dashboard reporting (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake and Azure
  • Data management tool experience – Faststats
